Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Product Manager, AI Solutions to join our AI Solutions team within Operations & Technology. In this role, you will work on enterprise products and agents utilizing Generative AI to create impactful solutions. This role will involve product management, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, hands-on execution, and leadership, ensuring that our products meet both organizational goals and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agentic Agent Analytics and Operations
    • Define and deliver analytics that measure performance, engagement, task completion, quality, reliability, and business impact across internal corporate and DTC agents in a complex, constantly changing ecosystem.
    • Translate stakeholder needs into analytics requirements, success metrics, user stories, and instrumentation plans with Product, Engineering, Data, Program Management, Scrum, and leadership teams.
    • Establish measurement frameworks for agentic workflows across corporate and consumer-facing use cases, including adoption, escalations, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
    • Validate tracking implementation and data quality through testing, dashboard reviews, metric reconciliation, and stakeholder demos.
    • Support agent operations by monitoring trends, identifying optimizations, and coordinating analytics-driven issue investigation and follow-up across internal and DTC environments.
    • Own analytics products and reporting experiences, refining insights, dashboards, and measurement approaches based on stakeholder feedback and usage patterns.
  • Product Analytics Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Drive the product analytics roadmap, aligning measurement priorities with product strategy, enterprise AI objectives, customer insights, and long-range business goals.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and analytics partners across the GenAI and agentic AI lifecycle, from discovery and instrumentation through launch, optimization, and executive reporting.
    • Prepare dashboards, reports, metric narratives, recommendations, and executive-ready insights on product performance, agent effectiveness, opportunities, and risks.
  • Product Insights & Innovation:
    • Stay current on AI, LLM, analytics, experimentation, observability, and measurement technologies that improve agent and product insight capabilities.
    • A builder's mindset — you actively use AI tools to prototype, accelerate, and ship rather than just specify and delegate.
    • Hands-on experience building or prototyping AI agents and agentic workflows.
    • Develop reusable analytics patterns, measurement standards, and reporting templates that scale across GenAI and agentic AI implementations.
    • Identify opportunities to improve product experiences, optimize agent workflows, strengthen operations, and drive measurable outcomes through data-informed decisions.
    • Partner with data, engineering, and governance teams to support trustworthy analytics practices across data quality, privacy, compliance, and ethical AI measurement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 5+ years of related professional experience (e.g., experience in product management or development, ideally with a focus on AI)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in managing LLM based Conversational agents.
  • Exceptional product management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, UI/UX principles, and conversational AI technologies.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships and foster partnerships across teams.
  • Advanced technical, quantitative, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and their application to product development.
  • Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.
  • Experience with analytics, business intelligence, OTel, and observability tools such as Amplitude, Power BI, and related product analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency with Lucidchart, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy and legal compliance, cyber security, and best practices in ethical AI.

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Learn more about the benefits offered by NBCUniversal by visiting the Benefits page of the Careers website. Salary range: $110,000 - $145,000
