WEB PRODUCT COORDINATOR: YOUR ROLE

As our Web Product Coordinator, your day revolves around ensuring our benefits web portal operates accurately and efficiently for both new and existing groups. You start by reviewing updates and verifying information to ensure compliance and accuracy, while also monitoring vendor connections and system integrations that help keep the portal functioning smoothly. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • High School Diploma
  • Solid understanding of benefit plan structures, networks, and eligibility processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with benefits administration systems, data management, or web-based platforms
