The Senior Manager, Product Management plays a pivotal role in driving product strategy and execution across a portfolio of products. You'll lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to shape the roadmap, deliver value to our customers, and align outcomes with company goals. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on product development, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of people management and product innovation.

You are equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to support product execution as you are mentoring others and driving strategic alignment. Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision - Define & communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned to a broader roadmap, business objectives, and customer needs.

  • Roadmap Development & Execution - Translate company strategy into a clear, outcome-driven roadmap for your product zone; connect day-to-day execution to long-term strategic outcomes.

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship - Coach, and develop a team of Product Managers to deliver measurable business results.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Engineering, Design, and other functions to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

  • Customer & Market Insight - Use customer research, feedback, and data to inform product decisions and prioritize effectively.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Define and track KPIs and OKRs across your portfolio; use insights to inform priorities and guide product iterations.

  • Stakeholder Management - Communicate priorities, progress, and results clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Go-To Market Execution - Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

  • Risk & Issue Management - Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep product initiatives on track.

  • Agile & Lean Methodologies - Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development cycles and optimize delivery efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4-8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years managing other Product Managers or leading multi-team initiatives.

  • Demonstrated success driving strategy and execution across multiple scrum teams in a cross-functional environment.

  • Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and iterative product development practices.

  • Ability to mentor PMs and build high-performing product teams focused on outcomes and customer impact.

  • Strategic thinker who can navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and drive toward clarity and action.

  • Skilled at balancing long-term vision with short-term delivery.

  • Excellent communicator who can influence at multiple levels, from executives to cross-functional contributors.

  • Experience working in or adjacent to regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) is a strong plus.

  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Productboard, or equivalent product management platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Compensation Range:

$158,804.00

to

$238,207.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
