Job Summary:
Stanley 1913 is a brand that has been creating sustainable products since 1913. As an Associate Product Manager, you will manage the operational execution of the seasonal product line, coordinating product line administration and communication of product assets.
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for product line administration, including new product development support, new item creation in systems, and planning tools (Centric).
• Be the lead for coordinating physical and digital assets required to communicate the product line, including prototypes, color/sales samples, product renders/images, and product collateral.
• Be the product asset lead for Product Marketing deliverables: requesting, tracking, preparing, and distributing samples (physical or digital) to required functions/regions/accounts. Manage physical samples on and offsite. Ensure digital assets are accurate, tagged, and complete in systems (DAM).
• Initiate and coordinate product line inputs for GTM and Commercialization, including CMF treatments, packaging, and product/lifestyle imagery.
• Proactively communicate needs, deliverables, and progress across functions with an understanding of seasonal or program timelines and GTM process.
• Support Product Managers with market & trend research.

Required:
• Strong interest in consumer products, consumer insights, and market landscape.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and effective communication with global business teams, reflecting an understanding and anticipation of cross-functional timelines.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
• Prior experience working directly with product management, sales, and design/creative departments.
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet utilization, and tracking Management.
