Job Description
The Product Manager 2 is a key member of the Nordstrom Product Management team, championing the customer experience evolution through data-driven insights using a variety of qualitative and quantitative inputs. They support key pricing capabilities, functionality, and programs across Nordstrom, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
The role involves planning the markdown and base retail product roadmaps, prioritizing the backlog, leading product discovery and backlog refinement, and measuring and communicating results of the features delivered to production. The Product Manager 2 ensures stakeholder alignment through strong cross-functional relationships and effective communication.

  • Develop and drive strategic vision of workstream in support of business goals

  • Measure and monitor key KPI performance for product epics and specific features

  • Define, measure, and monitor KPIs, objectives, and key results

  • Drive projects forward with a sense of urgency, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products

  • Balance technical feasibility with user experience to deliver products that delight our customers

  • Prioritize features and develop quarterly priorities and annual backlog

  • Advocate for the development of simple, user-friendly solutions that address complex business challenges

  • Partner with UX, Program Management, and Engineering on feature design

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and interoperability between systems
