Job description

A Little About Inn-Flow
At Inn-Flow, we're more than a hotel software company - we're a team on a mission to transform how the hospitality industry operates. Built by hoteliers, for hoteliers, our all-in-one back-office platform brings together accounting, labor management, payroll, business intelligence, and more into one seamless experience. Our technology empowers hotel operators to work smarter, make better decisions, and focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Inn-Flow is experiencing strong growth and momentum, backed by the strategic investment from Mainsail Partners. As we scale, we're expanding the leadership team, accelerating innovation, and deepening our impact across the hospitality industry, all while staying grounded in the real needs of operators.
Our commitment to both customers outcomes and employee experience has earned industry recognition, including multiple top honors from the 2026 HotelTechAwards and recognition as a Top 10 Best Places to Work in Hotel Tech and Triangle Business Journal's #2 Best Place to Work.
At Inn-Flow, you'll have the opportunity to do meaningful work, grow your career, and be part of a company that's shaping the future of hospitality technology.
About the role
We are hiring our first dedicated Integrations Product Manager to own how hotel data flows into Inn-Flow. Hotel management companies run on a fragmented landscape of property management systems (PMS), and the revenue, occupancy, and statistical data those systems produce is the foundation of everything Inn-Flow does: accounting, business intelligence, labor, and beyond. Today, far too much of that data is still keyed in by hand. Your job is to change that.
You will own the strategy and roadmap for our PMS integrations: which systems we connect to, how reliably we pull nightly revenue and operating data, how cleanly that data maps into the Inn-Flow platform, and the daily experience of reviewing and approving that data. You'll partner closely with Engineering, PMS vendors, and our customer-facing teams to expand coverage, eliminate manual entry, and make trustworthy automated data the default experience for every property we serve. This is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Chief Product Officer.
What You'll Do
Integration Strategy & Roadmap
  • Own the integration roadmap. Define which property management systems we connect to and deepen, prioritized by customer portfolio coverage, revenue impact, and effort.
  • Map the landscape. Maintain a clear, current view of the PMS platforms our customers use, the data each one exposes, and the best available method to connect - direct API, file transfer, or partner/aggregator.
  • Make the build-vs-partner call. Weigh direct integrations against third-party aggregators and middleware, and make clear, well-reasoned recommendations the team can act on.

Data Pipeline & Quality
  • Automate revenue capture. Own the pipelines that pull nightly revenue, occupancy, and statistical data from the PMS into Inn-Flow - replacing manual night-audit entry with reliable automation.
  • Get the experience right. Define how PMS data maps into Inn-Flow's systems and own the experience our customers have while reviewing and approving the data.
  • Make integrations reliable. Establish monitoring, reconciliation, error handling, and alerting so broken or delayed feeds are caught and fixed before a customer ever notices.

Partnerships & Ecosystem
  • Own PMS technical relationships. Manage the technical and working relationships with PMS vendors and data partners - from initial access and certification through ongoing support in collaboration with our Head of Partnerships on the business relationship front.
  • Expand coverage, faster. Drive the partnerships and API access needed to connect more systems and onboard more properties with less custom work each time.

Discovery & Delivery
  • Stay close to the customer. Work with hoteliers, Implementation, and Support to understand where data pain lives and where automation will move the needle most.
  • Write clear specs and ship. Turn integration needs into crisp requirements, partner with Engineering through delivery, and see each connection through to real customer adoption.
  • Measure what matters. Track integration coverage, automation rate, data accuracy, and time-to-connect - and use those signals to prioritize what comes next.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years in product management in a B2B SaaS environment, with meaningful time spent on integrations, APIs, platform, or data products.
  • Hands-on experience shipping integrations or data pipelines - you understand REST APIs, webhooks, and file-based transfer (SFTP/CSV), and the realities of connecting to systems you don't control.
  • Fluency with data: you can reason about how data is structured, mapped, and normalized, and you sweat accuracy because downstream accounting and reporting depend on it.
  • AI-first mentality for accelerating integration work and solving complex data problems.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts: you build trust quickly with Engineering, external partners, and customer-facing teams, and you keep work moving without formal authority.
  • Excellent written communication; you make technical trade-offs and integration status easy to understand for any audience.
  • A bias for action, high ownership, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, EOS-driven environment.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or with property management systems (e.g., OPERA / OPERA Cloud, Cloudbeds, Mews, PEP, Agilysys, etc...).
  • Familiarity with hotel revenue data, night audit, or core accounting concepts.
  • A technical background - reading API documentation, writing SQL, or prototyping against an API yourself.
  • Experience building or scaling a partner integration ecosystem or app marketplace.

Why You'll Love Working at Inn-Flow
We believe great work starts with taking great care of our people.
At Inn-Flow, you'll enjoy:

  • Paid holidays plus a floating holiday
