About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

The GTM Innovation and Data Movement team leads large-scale, cross-functional integration work across Salesforce's newly acquired companies and the core Digital Enterprise Technology organization, driving new ways of working, tooling, and future-state strategy. A central part of that work is data movement during M&A transactions - moving data across capabilities throughout the customer lifecycle while prioritizing modernization, integration synergy, and scale. As a Product Manager on this geographically distributed, domain-aligned team, you'll own GTM programs end to end: running current- and future-state analysis to surface fit-gaps and risks, then delivering the roadmap and engineering stories alongside your domain counterparts. You'll drive integration execution plans across Org62, partnering with Business Technology, TMP, and GTM stakeholders on both net-new and in-flight programs. The role calls for intellectual curiosity, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to help evolve team processes as the organization scales - with real ownership over how Salesforce's M&A product playbook gets written.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner directly with customers and stakeholders - including at the executive level - to understand M&A strategic goals and shape execution plans for complex acquisition migrations

  • Lead program reviews that surface risks and escalations early, and clear obstacles so project teams can keep moving

  • Identify gaps between core Salesforce policies/processes and an acquired company's existing systems, and design simpler, integrated paths forward

  • Own business requirements documentation for your value stream's functional track(s), including sign-off from key stakeholders

  • Map end-to-end future-state process flows, calling out where enablement, business process, or technology changes are needed

  • Collaborate with Domain Product Managers to translate business requirements into product features and technical plans, bringing your own product and industry judgment to the table

  • Drive agile, iterative delivery of epics, user stories, and roadmaps through to a successful Go-Live

  • Run cross-functional alignment meetings covering dependencies, status, risks, and milestones

  • Mentor other product managers - both new and senior - and create space for different voices on the team to contribute

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in M&A integration, analytics, data movement, or comparable enterprise product management or engineering experience at a technology company

  • 3+ years managing SaaS product development programs, with solid grounding in the SaaS business model and development lifecycle

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with genuine attention to detail

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to stay steady and focused as priorities shift

  • Skilled at working with data from varied sources (data warehouses, spreadsheets, internal and external tools) to reach a shared goal

  • Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, applied flexibly

  • Ability to build credibility and rapport across technical and non-technical teams, from individual contributors to senior leaders

  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with a track record of driving consensus in a matrix environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Go-To-Market processes and systems

  • Experience with AI LLM models and related business processes

  • Comfortable moving between tactical execution and strategic thinking

  • A customer-first mindset in how you approach tradeoffs and decisions

  • A related technical degree

Why Join?

You'll work at the center of Salesforce's M&A strategy, with visibility into how the company grows and integrates new technology and talent. It's a role for someone who wants to build new ways of working rather than follow existing playbooks - and who will have real ownership over how that playbook gets written.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance andbe your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you cando your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future - but to redefine what's possible - for yourself, for AI, and the world.
