Position Summary

The Sr. Product Manager, Enterprise Systems is accountable for the enterprise-wide lifecycle strategy, prioritization, and value realization of core enterprise systems and platforms. This role partners with business and executive leadership to translate strategic intent into a clear system vision, roadmap, and delivery plan, ensuring systems are well-designed, effectively adopted, and continuously improved. The Sr. Product Manager, Enterprise Systems recommends prioritization and investment decisions across systems based on business value and drives enterprise adoption, measurable business outcomes, and long-term system health.

Your Contributions and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the accountable product leader for assigned platforms and related system domains

  • Drive the definition, alignment, and execution of system roadmaps, backlogs, and enhancement plans

  • Lead prioritization alignment across competing priorities, dependencies, and constraints, ensuring alignment to enterprise objectives

  • Develop lifecycle strategy across system stages including upgrades, optimization, and eventual replacement, including long-term platform evolution decisions

  • Define product management standards, governance, and best practices across enterprise systems

  • Drive alignment across multiple systems to ensure cohesive enterprise architecture

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to product managers, analysts, or cross-functional team members

  • Partner with and influence business system owners to clarify intent, outcomes, and success criteria

  • Advise business leaders in making informed tradeoff and investment decisions

  • Lead alignment on cross-functional impacts and ensure enterprise cohesion

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership, shaping system strategy and long-term investment direction

  • Challenge business assumptions to ensure solutions align with enterprise operating model and strategic goals

  • Own adoption strategy for system changes, from rollout through reinforcement

  • Partner with Internal Communications and Training teams to enable behavior change

  • Define and monitor, and be accountable for achieving adoption metrics

  • Establish enterprise-wide KPIs for system adoption, utilization, and behavioral change

  • Ensure sustained adoption by driving alignment across business, technology, and training functions

  • Provide strategic guidance to project managers to execute initiatives aligned with the product roadmap

  • Ensure alignment with IT on technical feasibility, security, architecture, and integrations

  • Direct vendor engagement from a business and product perspective

  • Define and measure system utilization, effectiveness, and realized business value

  • Proactively identify and drive initiatives to reduce manual work, eliminate redundancy, and improve efficiency

  • Drive enterprise-level system optimization, consolidation, and rationalization strategies

  • Recommend major system investment, replacement, or retirement decisions to leadership

Your Background and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, computer science, or a related field plus at least 8 years of experience with progressive responsibility in product management, systems leadership, or enterprise application ownership, including experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives and working with senior or executive stakeholders.

  • Advanced degree, MBA, or relevant professional certification (e.g. CBAP, CCBA). Experience working with project management platforms (e.g. Jira, Wrike) and information security audit frameworks (e.g. SOC 2, ISO27001). Prior experience at a professional services firm (e.g. public accounting, consulting, engineering, systems integration, or a related service provider).

  • Strong understanding of business processes and operating models.

  • Ability to lead without authority and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

  • Experience translating business needs into scalable system designs.

  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and align competing priorities across the enterprise

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect system decisions to measurable business outcomes

  • Experience operating at enterprise scale across multiple systems or domains

  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executive levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in areas of uncertainty, using analytical skills to clarify ambiguities and resolve complex business challenges.

  • Familiarity with a broad range of technologies and system architectures.

  • Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
