Job Summary:
International Solution Sources, Inc. dba InterSources, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management to establish a Growth Product Management division focused on implementing an Analytics and Experimentation-driven Growth Strategy. The role involves collaborating with leadership, managing product development, and leveraging data analytics to optimize product launches and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the company's top leadership to establish a Growth Product Management division focused on implementing an Analytics and Experimentation-driven Growth Strategy for the client's digital products.
• Work with junior project managers to define scope for minimum viable prototype to develop strategy for internal or external client products using customer research, data analysis, market and competition analysis.
• Leverage usability studies, customer feedback, A/B testing approaches to define customer problem statements, value proposition and feature prioritization for phased product launches.
• Evaluate and make decisions based on market research, revenue forecasts for business feasibility.
• Assist in leading the development and launch of digital products with engineering teams, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and ensure alignment with technological advancements.
• Utilize technology-driven analytics to conduct exploratory data analysis and extract actionable insights.
• Use data visualization tools for enterprise reporting.
• Implement A/B testing to optimize user experiences and drive growth.
• Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new products, incorporating pricing strategies and sales enablement.
• Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to optimize customer engagement and retention.
• Share industry insights and thought leadership both within the organization and at industry events.
• Provide inputs for integration of Web Analytics products into the company website, build a digital analytics stack to support growth marketing.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Master's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Engineering (Any), MIS or any related field
• 2 years of experience in the job offered, Manager, Product Manager, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or related
• Must be able to travel/relocate to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.
