Description:

The Production Engineering manager will be responsible for stabilizing and increasing productivity, analyzing the production problem, providing recommendations for problem resolutions, and maintaining and improving the manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Program/modify welding robots for various welding tasks.

· Program/modify a PLC program

· Continuously maintain and perform troubleshooting and provide root cause analysis, including a solution.

· Optimize manufacturing scale by improving the manufacturing process

· Monitor and improve welding quality and production efficiency.

· Support the creation and maintenance of manufacturing process documentation such as FMEA, working standard, control plan,

manufacturing process flow, and CAPA.

· Maintain and improve a manufacturing environment to be more eco-friendly

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

· Collaborating with other departments to successfully maintain production goals such as delivering targets, cost efficiency, and

product quality.


Basic Requirements

· 1+year experience in block diagram PLC

· 1+year experience in CATIA

· Associate’s degree in engineering/technical degree with 7+ years of experience in the manufacturing field OR

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical degree with 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing field

· Master’s degree in engineering/technical degree with 0+ years of experience in the manufacturing field


Preferred Requirements

· Familiar with a 4-axis robot handling program.

· Familiar with metal and PVC fabrication

· Familiar with reading a blueprint

· 1+year experience in JAVA script or C#

· 6+ months of experience in MIG and Spot welding
