This role drives strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business growth by analyzing market trends, developing financial strategies, and optimizing product offerings. The director oversees cross-functional teams, fosters continuous improvement, and provides leadership in talent development while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance. This position is critical in delivering innovative solutions that support long-term business objectives and customer satisfaction.

The Walmart Pets Brand Team is dedicated to shaping the future of pet care by developing trusted, customer-focused brands that deliver quality, value, and innovation. The team integrates brand strategy, customer insights, product development, design, merchandising, and marketing to create distinctive products and experiences. Operating at the intersection of deep customer understanding and Walmart’s extensive reach, the team identifies emerging needs and translates them into compelling products and brand stories. Collaborating across functions and with external partners, the team drives growth and strengthens the portfolio to meet evolving pet care demands.

  • Lead the development and management of complex product specifications throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs.
