What youll do
  • Execute pilot-scale manufacturing batches, scale-up trials, and pilot coating runs to support product development, process validation, and commercialization activities.ย 
  • Conduct analytical testing in support of product development projects and plan and execute project work in an organized and professional manner.
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams including PD, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
  • Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot pilot lab equipment and processes, Comply with all company regulations, safety requirements, quality standards, environmental policies, and laboratory best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain technical reports, batch records, equipment logs, trial summaries, and other development documentation.
  • Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and service providers to troubleshoot issues, support maintenance activities, implement upgrades, and ensure reliable operation and capability of pilot lab systems.
