About the Team

Workday's Product & Technology (P&T) PMO organization is responsible for leading and executing P&T Strategy into Execution. The team is responsible for End to End Program execution and delivery of strategic initiatives across Workday. The team comprises of Program Managers with core responsibility of successfully leading & delivering of Portfolio and Programs.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to join Workday's Product & Technology (P&T) Portfolio Management Organization to lead Cyber Security related programs across Workday.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter and proactive problem-solver who is capable of managing multiple complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving standardization, and communicating with executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to ensure alignment and execution of plans.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and mitigate risks.
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate key meetings and workshops.
  • Regularly provide executive-level briefings, including key performance indicators, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and key decisions.
About YouBasic Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in project or program management within a product development environment, defining, launching, and iterating on product development projects or programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $150,000 - $225,000 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
