Job Summary


Product Managers at Visa are accountable forendtoend product ownership-from strategy and requirements definition through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, operations, finance, and regional stakeholders across multiple geographies.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product development using Agile Scrum methodology.

  • Create comprehensive use cases including Swagger files or other API documentation.

  • Collaborate on the UI/UX process, including wireframe design and screen development, working closely with the design team.

  • Work effectively with technology and product teams across various locations, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication.

  • Employ problem-solving skills and adaptability to ensure product success.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA,JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

  • Experience as a Business/Product Analyst in a global financial services firm, focusing on payment processing/product development.

  • Ability to tackle complex business challenges through detailed analysis.

  • Experience managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in web services and API documentation (e.g., Swagger).

  • Ability to lead and work closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to take prompt, decisive action after analyzing information.

  • Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to a broad audience.

The estimated salary range for this positionis $146,200.00 to $ 233,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
