Job description

Duties & Responsibilities
Rationalize the existing product offering and support the new product development process
Work with Product Manager to launch new products and monitor performance including web traffic, conversion rates, orders, backlog, sales and post sales follow up
Work on existing products through their lifecycle management
Partner with the Supply Chain team to determine inventory and stocking decisions
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of product launch
Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate issues to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following areas of education; Engineering and/or Business
1-3 years of relevant working experience
Highly analytical profile comfortable with excel and business intelligence concepts, agile, business tools,
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal company personnel
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Critical thinking and problem solving, organized, self-starter and reliable with good follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
