Job description

Assistant Product Development Manager

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Pay: $20-25/hour


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Fashion, Business, Merchandising, Product Development, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, Purchasing, Production, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience in apparel, retail, wholesale, consumer products, or a similar industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with product development, sourcing, production, or product lifecycle processes.
  • Basic understanding of product costing, sourcing, purchasing, or production processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with PLM or other product management systems is a plus.
  • Experience working with retailers, discounters, club stores, or other major retail channels is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to travel as business needs require.
  • Ability to work within a hybrid schedule and maintain a regular in-office presence.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
