About the job Technical Data Coordinator - R&D
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical data, supplier compliance, and R&D operations. You will manage critical raw material documentation, support our chemists, and build smart Excel tools to keep our global data accurate, organized, and moving efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Excel Expert:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, data organization, and reporting; automation/VBA is a plus).
  • Technical Mindset: A background in science or engineering is preferred to understand our raw materials and technical documentation.
  • Fast Adaptability:Strong ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and navigate brand-new software and internal digital systems.
  • Detail-Oriented & Process-Minded:Highly organized and comfortable balancing technical problem-solving with administrative tasks.
  • Proactive Communicator:Strong listening skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Material Documentation:Collect, review, and organize raw material regulatory, technical, and sustainability documents from suppliers and internal databases.
  • Support Formula Development:Assist chemists by prioritizing and sourcing the exact raw materials needed for upcoming formulation projects.
  • Track & Prioritize Requests:Maintain clear visibility on outstanding supplier document requests; prioritize reviews based on business needs and project timelines.
  • Collaborate Globally:Partner with global R&D and product lifecycle management teams to obtain and validate raw material information.
  • Drive Process Improvements:Observe current workflows, map out administrative pain points, and translate needs into actionable workflow improvements.
  • Advance System Capabilities:Create and maintain advanced Excel tracking tools while supporting the team with the rollout and adoption of new software systems.
  • Create Training Material:Assist with standard documentation, process mapping, and basic computer training materials for internal teams.
