The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to support the development and launch of products across our product portfolios. This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career product professional looking to build expertise in product development, product data management, and cross-functional collaboration within the luxury bath and kitchen industry.

As a key member of the Product team, you will work closely with partners across Engineering, Compliance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Channel Operations to help bring new products to market and ensure the accuracy and integrity of product information throughout the product lifecycle.

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across product development, data management, and go-to-market execution while partnering with talented cross-functional teams. You'll play an important role in bringing innovative products to market and helping shape the customer experience through accurate, high-quality product information.

This role is hybrid role that requires onsite presence 3 days per week at the Danbury, CT Corporate office.


Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of the Product Roadmap and support product development projects from concept through market launch.
  • Help coordinate product introductions, transitions, and lifecycle activities according to established timelines.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure key project milestones are achieved and critical information is communicated effectively.
  • Develop knowledge of technical product categories and industry trends to support ongoing business initiatives.
Product Data & Information Management
  • Create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of product information across internal systems and digital platforms.
  • Support product setup, including style definitions, item numbers, and product categorization.
  • Maintain product attributes, specifications, and feature data to support business and customer needs.
  • Help ensure product information is current, consistent, and accessible across systems.
Systems & Project Coordination
  • Support product cost management processes and associated system updates.
  • Maintain project documentation and product line lists throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate product samples across internal teams and assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation.
  • Partner with Marketing on visual asset planning and execution for new product launches.
  • Prepare product-related materials to support training, marketing, and cross-functional initiatives.
Other
  • Respond to and resolve product data inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams to address challenges and support business priorities.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product coordination, product development, project management, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with business systems and data management tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop within a Product organization.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, PLM, or other product lifecycle management systems is a plus.
