What You'll Do
As a Mercedes-Benz Product Concierge, you'll help create an elevated ownership experience while serving as a technology and product expert for our customers.
Customer Experience & Vehicle Delivery
  • Welcome customers and create an exceptional first impression
  • Conduct personalized vehicle delivery experiences for sold clients
  • Schedule and complete encore delivery appointments to reinforce vehicle features and technology
  • Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail
Product Knowledge & Technology Support
  • Become an expert on Mercedes-Benz vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and infotainment platforms
  • Demonstrate vehicle technology and advanced features in an easy-to-understand way
  • Assist customers with vehicle personalization, settings, and connectivity features
  • Support customers with Mercedes-Benz mobile apps, remote services, and digital platforms
Technical Support & Customer Education
