What is a product compliance analyst?

A Product Compliance Analyst is a professional responsible for ensuring that a company's products meet all relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards before they are launched or sold in different markets. They review product specifications, documentation, and testing results to ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and guidelines. They also work closely with product development, legal, and quality assurance teams to address any compliance issues and implement corrective actions as needed. This role helps companies avoid legal penalties and ensures consumer safety.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a product compliance analyst?
