Job Title: Compliance Analyst
Department: Quality
Reports To: Director of Quality
Position Summary
The Compliance Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company's compliance efforts by helping ensure adherence to internal policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. This position works collaboratively across the organization to support risk management, process improvement, and a culture of compliance.
THIS ROLE IS NOT REMOTE.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead export compliance activities and help ensure adherence to all applicable export control regulations.
  • Review customer quality flow-down requirements during the RFQ stage and evaluate customer purchase orders to confirm requirements can be met.
  • Assess product, compliance, and operational risks; identify nonconformities; and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Research emerging compliance requirements and issues, and document or implement related policies and procedures.
  • Identify, investigate, and report compliance issues; escalate matters requiring remediation and consult Corporate Legal as needed.
  • Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
  • Review and support negotiation of customer terms and conditions, long-term agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and other legal documents, as applicable.
  • Review, complete, and submit customer and supplier compliance surveys and questionnaires in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Deliver compliance training to employees as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk, manufacturing or quality environment.
  • Knowledge of applicable industry regulations and best practices, including export control and quality-related requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
