At Priority, we're driven by results. We expect our people to be known for results - bringing expertise, momentum, and relentless focus to every challenge, helping our clients and each other thrive.

About the Role:

This role sits at the center of our Revenue Growth engine within the Business Optimization team, driving alignment between Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Revenue Operations.

You will be responsible for shaping how our products are defined, brought to market, adopted, and optimized across both internal and third-party solutions. This includes ownership of our full product portfolio and vendor ecosystem, ensuring strong alignment to revenue goals, customer needs, and operational readiness.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and execution-focused operator, capable of driving end-to-end commercialization while building scalable frameworks that improve launch quality, sales effectiveness, and product performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the overall product portfolio strategy across acquiring, banking, payables, payroll, and value-added services.

  • Own product prioritization and alignment to company growth objectives.

  • Lead product charter development, including revenue targets, KPIs, and success metrics.

  • Serve as the executive point of accountability for product performance and roadmap alignment.

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations to define value propositions, target segments, pricing inputs, and sales motions.

  • Develop and maintain commercialization frameworks, GTM launch playbooks, and performance dashboards.

  • Ensure operational readiness across onboarding, billing, support, and deployment prior to launch.

Positioning, Messaging & Sales Enablement

  • Own core product positioning and value articulation across the portfolio.

  • Create internal sales tools, external-facing assets, and enablement content that clearly communicate product value.

  • Partner with Enablement and Sales leadership to train and equip internal teams and partners for successful product adoption.

  • Serve as the subject matter owner for product-related messaging, documentation, and knowledge repositories.

Product Performance & Optimization

  • Own product performance metrics including revenue, ARPU, penetration, and attach rates.

  • Partner with Data and Revenue Operations to build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and insights.

  • Establish regular performance reviews to assess product health and inform prioritization decisions.

  • Continuously refine commercialization strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

Third-Party Products & Vendor Management

  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage third-party products and strategic partners.

  • Define how external solutions integrate into the broader product portfolio and SMB Commerce Engine.

  • Own vendor relationships, including commercial terms, pricing structures, and revenue share agreements.

  • Monitor vendor performance across revenue contribution, adoption, and operational reliability.

  • Ensure third-party products align with internal productization, GTM, and enablement standards.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

  • Lead product commercialization forums, launch readiness meetings, and execution cadences.

  • Establish intake processes and prioritization frameworks for new product initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, PMO, Revenue Operations, and Merchant.

  • Operations to ensure alignment from roadmap through execution.

  • Continuously improve processes to drive speed, consistency, and measurable impact.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Establishes clear ownership and alignment across product strategy, commercialization, and portfolio performance, creating a single point of accountability for product success.

  • Drives consistent, high-quality product launches through standardized frameworks that improve speed to market, reduce execution risk, and ensure full operational readiness.

  • Delivers measurable growth in product revenue, adoption, and cross-sell penetration across both internal and third-party solutions.

  • Builds strong alignment across Product, Sales, Operations, and Revenue Operations, resulting in improved execution, clearer prioritization, and better customer outcomes.

  • Implements data-driven performance management with clear visibility into product KPIs, enabling informed decision-making and continuous optimization.

  • Creates a scalable model for managing third-party products and vendor partnerships, ensuring accountability, performance, and meaningful contribution to overall portfolio growth.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product strategy, commercialization, product marketing, or related roles within B2B fintech, SaaS, or payments.

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market execution, product positioning, and commercialization frameworks.

  • Experience managing complex product portfolios, including third-party partnerships and vendor relationships.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable revenue outcomes.

  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
