The impact youโ€™ll make

Implements and maintains an Engineering Change Notice System. These changes will include product improvements, repairs, and new product development. Coordinates the interaction between engineering, manufacturing, field operations, and marketing to ensure appropriate changes are documented.

What youโ€™ll do
  • Drive execution of approved ECN Implementation plans through timely completion of assigned Implementation Scheduler Tasks
  • Analyze inventory, demand, open POs, and material availability to support Implementation and minimizing E&O
  • Conduct inventory disposition and reassessment activities to identify and mitigate excess, obsolete, and at-risk inventory.
  • Establish, update, and manage ECN Effectivity Dates in accordance with Implementation requirements, material readiness, and Lam Standards
  • Ensure correct demand being driven for ECNs by executing OBOM changes
  • Identify implementation risks and issues, including effectivity date conflicts, excess inventory exposure, demand changes, and material availability concerns, and drive corrective actions to resolution
  • Coordinates and communicates to internal (ex. CIM Program Manager) and external teams (ex. Supply Chain, Planning, Remote Factory, etc.) to ensure successful Scheduler Task completion and ECN Implementation.
  • Monitor implementation progress, follow up on assigned actions, and elevate overdue tasks or risks that could impact implementation timelines.
  • Maintain accountability for implementation quality, SLA adherence, and achievement of operational KPIs
  • Document implementation assessments, decisions, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure traceability, compliance, and successful ECN closure.
Who weโ€™re looking for
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelorโ€™s degree; or 3 years and a Masterโ€™s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience and Expert level knowledge in Engineering Change Mgmt. Process.
  • Experience in Cost Analysis on change orders wrt BoM Changes.
  • Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure including Config BOM.
  • Experience in working with MS Excel, MS Access & MS Word.
  • Skills to Influence and drive decisions across cross functional groups.
  • Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
  • Good Problem-solving techniques.
  • Knowledge of SAP.

Salary Range for this position: Min $72,000 - Max $170,000.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside in California and most states. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
