Job Duration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Rate: $70-$73.5/hr on W2

About the Role

Digital Experience team is transforming how the organization engages patients and customers through modern digital, AI-driven, and omnichannel experiences. In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and hands‑on execution of email and lifecycle marketing campaigns across house email and VAE programs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end email and lifecycle campaign production (setup, QA, UAT, approvals, deployment, monitoring).
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, analytics, and agency teams to deliver high‑quality communications.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timelines, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain and improve workflows, documentation, standards, and best practices.
  • Serve as primary contact for internal teams and vendors; support adoption of new tools and processes.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Email & Lifecycle Marketing execution.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (AJO, SFMC, Braze, Iterable).
  • Knowledge of triggered journeys, segmentation, optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong project management and cross‑functional communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
Preferred
  • Exposure to omnichannel or multichannel lifecycle programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM, workflow tools, AEM, or CMS platforms.
