As a Digital Experience Email Production Manager, you will be part of client's Data, Digital and Analytics (DDA) function. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and hands-on execution of email and lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, quality, and timely deployment across house email and VAE programs.
You will partner cross-functionally to deliver impactful, high-quality communications that support client brands and customer engagement objectives. This role bridges marketing strategy and campaign execution, driving operational discipline, effective coordination, and continuous improvement across Marketing, Product, execution, and agency teams. While primarily focused on email production and campaign delivery today, the role will also help strengthen the processes, platforms, and capabilities needed to support more connected lifecycle and omnichannel experiences over time.
The Opportunity:
  • Campaign Execution: Plans, coordinates, executes, and supports the optimization of email and lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with design, experience, compliance, and technical execution standards. Manages the full production cycle from intake and creative handoff through campaign setup, QA, UAT, approvals, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborates with Marketing, Product Owners, execution teams, analytics partners, and external agencies to prioritize, coordinate, and deliver campaigns that support engagement, conversion, and broader customer journey objectives.
  • Project & Workflow Management: Manages multiple simultaneous projects, balancing business priorities, stakeholder expectations, ambiguity, and technical constraints, while ensuring adherence to milestones, approvals, and compliance requirements.
  • Process Architecture & Continuous Improvement: Designs, documents, and continuously improves toolkits, standards, and processes, maintaining comprehensive documentation on requirements, production flows, channel best practices, campaign calendars, and playbooks.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management: Acts as the main point of contact for internal teams and vendors, applying change management practices to drive the sustainable adoption of new tools, processes, and systems.
Who you are:
  • Must have robust Marketing Automation experience, including managing the hands-on execution of both Email Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing campaigns (setup, segmentation, QA, optimization, and performance monitoring).
  • Experience executing email marketing campaigns, with exposure to lifecycle marketing programs, triggered communications, or customer journey activation.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Braze, or Iterable) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills to lead operational delivery and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
Preferred:
Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is highly preferred.
Prior experience supporting the execution of multichannel or omnichannel lifecycle programs that contribute to more cohesive customer journeys.
Experience activating above-campaign digital marketing initiatives through channel experiences and supporting product or campaign optimization pilots.
Familiarity with omnichannel systems and tools, including workflow, campaign automation, CRM, AEM, or any other content management systems.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in campaign management.
