We're seeking a dependable and motivated Digital Production Coordinator to join our team immediately. This is an entry-level role,and training will be provided-making it a great fit for someone ready to learn and get started quickly.

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm


Summary


Provides design function by performing the following duties.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Proficient in dental anatomy/terminology.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, while consistently producing a quality device
  • Ability to download and obtain digital files from different portals and locate them for the right case.
  • Adequately documents QC checks/notes and evidence for failed cases in QC to TSR and for the Dr.
  • Scan cases accurately and share files with designers; follow work instructions and regulations.
  • Assigning incoming cases to each remote designer person.
  • Manage rush cases on daily basis.
  • Respond to remote designers/model prep people's needs efficiently and in a timely manner.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma; two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus. Proficient understanding of basic Trious, Ceric, iTero, and drafting skills a plus
  • College Design with CAD experience a plus


Language Skills

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence.
  • Ability to write simple notes.
