Job description

Job Title: Oracle Banking Product Analyst Type: Contract Work Model: Remote – offsite

Responsibilities

  • Lead deep system analysis and solution design across complex enterprise banking platforms, identifying gaps, dependencies, and opportunities to improve lending and financial processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and QA teams to gather requirements, drive solution-focused discussions, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide expertise in loan disbursement, lending workflows, and financial integrations, with strong knowledge of Oracle Banking, Oracle ERP Finance, and enterprise operational controls.
  • Support Agile product delivery by partnering with Product Owners and TPMs to manage backlogs, Azure DevOps work items, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization.
  • Ensure high-quality, compliant solutions by analyzing tradeoffs, challenging assumptions, resolving requirement gaps, and aligning outcomes with enterprise architecture, governance, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in deep system analysis and solution design within enterprise banking or financial platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Banking, Oracle ERP Finance, and financial integrations.
  • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, engineers, and QA.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
