Must Have:
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, including on-site work at our Durham, NC headquarters.
- Strong data analytics skills
- Education in Business Management
Responsibilities:
- Learn about TGCS product offerings and how they are sold, fulfilled, warrantied and serviced.
- Review systems databases in Warranty, Service, Support, and Sales. Assess data integrity and determine the data that can be used to generate KPI's at the product-level. Assist in the formulation of the KPI's.
- Participate in the design, development, implementation, and testing of automated dashboards that the Product Teams can use to track their KPI's and drive actionable insights (product views, customer views, geography views, etc...)
Required Skills:
- Currently pursuing business major in Undergraduate Studies
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-based environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem determination and resolution, attention to detail, teamwork and excellent communication skills.
