Duration: ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  12 Months
Location: ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526
Shift: ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  1st Shift (8:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM, with possible overtime)

Job Summary:

Entry-level engineering role supporting product verification and validation (PV&V) activities. This position focuses on testing, analysis, and evaluation of product performance and reliability, working closely with cross-functional teams in a structured engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate testing and validation activities for product development projects
  • Support design analysis and feasibility testing under guidance of senior engineers
  • Review test results from engineers, technicians, and lab teams to evaluate product performance
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in drafting engineering standards, test procedures, and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain)
  • Prepare reports and presentations on test progress and product performance
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure data integrity
