About Our Owner, Dawn Daly: Dawn began working with House of Brokers in 1999 and has worked in almost all areas of the company. During this time, she has obtained her Real Estate Brokers license, implemented a technology department, and developed an agent training regimen. Her tireless devotion, loyalty, and dedication during the past 22 years have not only built a strong bond with the agents and staff but have also given her the tools necessary to perform at a higher caliber. She is passionate about the success of others and has a strong commitment to agent growth and development. 

Outside the office, Dawn loves spending time with her family, her husband, two sons, and daughter-in-law. She enjoys traveling, boating, Cardinals games, and football. On summer weekends, they can be found either at the Lake of the Ozarks or watching both of their sons race micro sprint cars. During the fall they will be cheering on their youngest son who plays for Battle High School football team. Go Spartans!

Foundational Qualifications To Be Considered:

  • Ability to work in a full time capacity. 
  • Sports background is not required, but a healthy competitive spirit is encouraged. 
  • Real Estate License is not required to apply, but if hired it must quickly be obtained. 
  • Possess strong communication skills. 
  • Ability to use/navigate basic computer technology, including Microsoft Office and social media. 
  • Willing to listen, learn and follow direction. 
  • Have a basic foundation of 1-3 years of marketing or sales experience.
