General Business Internship – Freshline Produce LLC

Freshline Produce is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented student to join our team as a General Business Intern. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across multiple departments, including Administration, Finance, and Human Resources, while building practical business skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and courier services
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document organization
  • Provide cross-functional support to various departments as needed

Finance Team Support

  • Assist with daily invoicing via mail and email
  • Gather supporting documentation for claims and credit requests
  • Provide administrative support for payroll processes
  • Support Accounts Payable and the Controller with tasks such as preparing check runs and other finance-related duties

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with processing employment applications and maintaining employee records
  • Prepare and assemble new hire onboarding packets
  • Support HR with filing and employee relations initiatives
