Job description

Summary/Objective

This position maintains produce sales floor, back of house product and supports the Produce Team Leader in breaking down deliveries.ย  Ensures a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient guest service to Guests and Team Members.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures a fresh and appealing display by rotating, stocking, checking signage and removing out of date products
  • Assist Team Leader in breaking down deliveries
  • Deliver outstanding guest service
  • Follow through on all guest questions, requests and resolve concerns as needed
  • Follow and comply with all applicable procedures and regulations, including Weights and Measures, FDA, health and sanitation, Department of Labor, ADA, HAACP, OSHA and safe work practices.
  • Sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
  • Report equipment issues to Store Leadership
  • Keep all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated
  • Uses suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Store Leadership
