Warehouse Associate - Produce Industry

Location: Doral, FL

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Join Our Growing Produce Distribution Team!

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate with produce warehouse experience to join our team in Doral. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of handling fresh produce and is looking for a stable, full-time position with opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming produce shipments
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
  • Rotate inventory using FIFO practices
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using a computer
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of fresh produce
  • Follow food safety and warehouse sanitation standards
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Support daily warehouse operations to ensure on-time order fulfillment

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience in the produce industry is required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience with inventory management is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
