Job Summary: Join a dynamic healthcare team as an Administrative Secretary, providing essential office support by implementing and maintaining administrative systems, procedures, and policies. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth front office operations and managing supply procurement. This position supports associates, physicians, and patients with professionalism and efficiency.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform all typing and copying tasks, including creating forms, maintaining menu systems, and preparing reports, minutes, and communications for physicians and hospital staff.
  • Complete all word processing and correspondence promptly and accurately, ensuring deadlines are met unless otherwise directed by management.
  • Answer phones, retrieve voicemails, and initiate contact or paging for physicians and departmental associates as needed.
  • Provide coverage for front office phones during absences to maintain continuous communication.
  • Manage filing and copying of patient and non-patient related documents and correspondence.
  • Offer constructive feedback to enhance front office efficiency and effectiveness.

Education:
