Role: Procurement Compliance Specialist

Location: Indianapolis, IN (46241)

Duration : Contract


Job Summary

We are seeking a Procurement Compliance Specialist to support procurement compliance for U.S. government contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with FAR, DFARS, CPSR, procurement audits, and government contracting requirements, along with the ability to work across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Contracts, and senior leadership teams.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Compliance, Defense, Legal, Subcontract Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements.
  • Experience supporting CPSR, procurement audits, or government contract compliance.
  • Experience with U.S. government contracting and procurement documentation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, spreadsheets, databases, and complex procurement data.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Power Platform.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred backgrounds include Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
