Regional Procurement Manager | Manufacturing Operations

Ready to lead and shape procurement strategy? We're seeking a strategic procurement leader to drive cost savings, supplier performance, operational excellence, and team development in our Midlothian, TX mill. This role will partner with operations, finance, engineering, and executive leadership to optimize total cost of ownership and support business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead SPOT procurement operations for indirect materials, service, and all commodities
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier partnerships
  • Drive cost reduction, working capital improvement, and supply continuity
  • Manage contracts, supplier performance, quality, and risk mitigation
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team of 6
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational and financial objectives
Qualifications Required:
  • Four year degree in Business, Engineering or Economics
  • 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing and 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiations, supplier management, and category strategies
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • ERP experience (SAP preferred)
  • Ability to lead negotiations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • CPSM, CPM, or related certification preferred

Travel: 10-20%
