The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Procurement Analyst supporting Procurement Operations, you'll help deliver the processes, systems, data, reporting, and operational support that enable Procurement to work effectively across DraftKings. You will partner with Procurement team members and cross-functional stakeholders to manage requests, maintain accurate data, support supplier onboarding, and develop insights into Procurement performance. By bringing strong organization, analytical rigor, and a continuous-improvement mindset, you'll help create a consistent and efficient stakeholder experience.
What You'll Do
  • Support Procurement intake, triage, request coordination, purchasing, supplier onboarding, contract workflows, and other operational activities.
  • Perform spend, sourcing-pipeline, savings, cycle-time, supplier, and service-performance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain Procurement dashboards, reports, and insights that support business reviews, capacity planning, prioritization, and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate supplier, contract, sourcing, savings, taxonomy, and procurement data across source-to-pay and reporting systems.
  • Support Procurement technology administration, user access, testing, issue resolution, data validation, and system-enhancement activities.
  • Maintain Procurement policies, procedures, templates, playbooks, training materials, and knowledge-management resources.
  • Monitor service levels, workflow performance, data quality, and process compliance; escalate issues and support corrective actions.
  • Support automation, AI-enabled initiatives, process documentation, and continuous-improvement projects that reduce manual work and improve the user experience.

What You'll Bring
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, finance, technology operations, supply chain, data analytics, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pricing, spend, utilization, and supplier data using Microsoft Excel and reporting or data visualization tools.
  • An interest in technology commercial models, including software as a service (SaaS), cloud services, enterprise licensing, artificial intelligence, data, and professional services.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across Procurement, Finance, Technology, and supplier teams.
  • Experience supporting technology sourcing, software renewals, contract administration, or supplier management is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 79,400.00 USD - 99,300.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
