Job Description:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join our SAP Deployment Success team in Everett, Washington or Auburn, Washington.

The Procurement Analyst will support Master Data: responsible for the SAP Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer BCA business requirements and future state processes. You will work within an Agile/Activate methodology to drive design, testing, deployment, and golive readiness.

We are looking for dynamic, curious, and innovative individuals with strong supply chain domain knowledge, proven ability to design and deliver crossfunctional integrations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies.

  • Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.

  • Drive workshops, fitgap sessions, and process validation with business subject matter experts to align standard SAP capabilities with Boeing requirements.

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and manufacturing stakeholders.

  • Design endtoend business processes that integrate supply chain systems.

  • Create test plans, support SIT, UAT, troubleshoot defects, and ensure business signoff on functional deliverables.

  • Contribute to cutover planning, golive readiness, training materials, and post golive stabilization activities.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 5+ years' experience working in supplier management supply chain, procurement processes and practices

  • 5+ years' experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products) (ERPLN)

  • 5+ years' experience in supplier management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Level 4: 8+ years' experience working in supply chain supplier management, procurement processes and practices

  • 8+ years' experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products) (ERPLN)

  • 8+ years' experience in supplier management, in procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst, Supply Chain Item Manager or Supply Base Manager

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling, Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills

  • 3+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design

  • 3+ years experience working with the digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)

  • Project management and team-lead experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
