Job Title: Procurement Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and growth-focused Procurement Account Manager to lead and expand relationships with procurement partners. This role requires discretion, independent judgment, and decision-making authority in managing a portfolio of accounts that directly impact Refreshed Tech's revenue and procurement pipeline.

The individual will serve as a trusted advisor, develop forward-looking account strategies, and ensure the successful execution of procurement initiatives by overseeing internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Leadership

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of procurement partners (schools, businesses, resellers, etc.), with responsibility for account growth and retention.

  • Develop and implement account strategies aligned with business goals to expand buyback programs and revenue opportunities.

  • Analyze procurement cycles and inventory forecasts to anticipate needs and design proactive solutions.

  • Negotiate within established guidelines to structure pricing, terms, and buyback arrangements that maximize value for both Refreshed Tech and its partners.

Operational Oversight amp; Coordination

  • Oversee execution of procurement projects by coordinating logistics, operations, and finance support teams.

  • Exercise discretion in resolving escalated issues, balancing partner needs with company policy and profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, pricing structures, and procurement standards.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity in CRM and other tools, ensuring leadership has visibility into account performance.

Market Insight amp; Business Development

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding market conditions, pricing trends, and procurement opportunities.

  • Partner cross-functionally with procurement, product, and operations teams to enhance processes and drive strategic improvements.

  • Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews for executive-level stakeholders at key accounts.

Competencies/Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment in managing accounts, structuring business opportunities, and resolving complex issues.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience influencing executive stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, analytical, and proactive in solving business challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for sustainability, technology, or circular economy initiatives is a plus.

Required Education and Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, procurement, customer success, or business development, preferably in the tech or electronics industry.

  • Experience working with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and operational tools.
