SEWS-El Paso Customer Service Center (Eastside)
Job Title Clerk (Procurement)
Assist and support MRO Department in clerical duties; confirmation of vendor information, account reconciliations and provide support to MRO Buyers as needed
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist MRO Procurement Buyers with requested duties and with completing Requisitions and Purchase Orders and follow up
  • Reconciliation and correct tracking of various invoice accounts (Credit Cards, Cell Phones, Fuel Cards, Propane, Online Vendors, and others as assigned)
  • Process New Supplier Set Ups in Smart Sheets, Contact potential suppliers to confirm information, maintain vendor requirements
  • Maintain current Certificates of Insurance "COI", Diversity Certificates, Safety Agreements, ISO Certificates, & Travel Request Accounts
  • Create and keep updated Smart Sheet & Share Point pages / workflows
  • Responsible for other duties assigned by Procurement Management Team

Qualifications
  • HSD/GED 1-2 years clerical experience/Degree preferred but not required;
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. MS Office Skills,
  • Knowledge in ERPLX or MRP, and Web-based document management platforms such as Share Point / Smart Sheet
