  • Facilitate the procure-to-pay process for owner-furnished HV equipment, including vendor qualification and onboarding, vendor selection, contract negotiations, internal approvals, issuance of purchase orders, invoice management, logistics, warehousing, and quality assurance
  • Document current and future pricing guidance of solar and grid infrastructure technologies, including mitigations to key policy risks, and work with internal SMEs to generate forward-looking technology and cost projections and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Support technology assessments and reviews of existing and upcoming product platforms, and effectively communicate the opportunities and risks associated with each technology
  • Assist internal project and engineering teams with coordinating RFIs to equipment manufacturers
  • Assist with the project financing process, facilitating inputs from OEMs and interdisciplinary teams to independent engineering (IE) questions
  • Provide key inputs to cashflow models in support of the organization's liquidity optimization
  • Support internal updates and reporting of organizational and procurement progress and status
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, supply chain, engineering/technical degree, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
  • 3+ years of energy industry experience
