As the organization continues to expand, they are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Vice President of Supply Chain to lead and optimize its end-to-end supply chain operations.

About the Position

The Senior Vice President of Supply Chain will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for developing and executing the companyโ€™s supply chain strategy across procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, distribution, demand planning, and operational efficiency initiatives.

This executive will lead large-scale supply chain operations while driving continuous improvement, scalability, cost optimization, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with a proven ability to build high-performing teams, strengthen vendor relationships, and implement best-in-class supply chain processes in a fast-paced growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide supply chain strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Lead procurement, sourcing, inventory planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Optimize operational performance, service levels, and cost efficiencies across the supply chain network.
  • Establish and maintain strategic supplier and vendor relationships to ensure continuity, quality, and competitive pricing.
  • Drive forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization initiatives.
  • Implement process improvements, KPIs, and technology solutions to enhance visibility and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance, and executive leadership teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain organization.
  • Ensure operational compliance, risk mitigation, and business continuity planning.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or operations management.
  • Proven executive leadership experience within a distribution, packaging, manufacturing, or supply chain-focused organization.
  • Strong expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, inventory management, transportation, and logistics operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience building scalable supply chain infrastructure in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, financial, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing ERP, inventory management, and supply chain technology platforms is highly preferred.
