Apple Autos is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team!

As a Parts Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in supporting dealership operations by ensuring automotive parts are received, organized, inventoried, and distributed efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a career within the automotive industry while contributing to an outstanding customer and employee experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive, inspect, verify, and organize incoming automotive parts shipments.
  • Accurately pick, pull, and stage parts orders for technicians, deliveries, and customer pickups.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to track parts movement and stock levels.
  • Work closely with the Parts, Service, and Procurement teams to ensure parts availability and minimize shortages.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles while ensuring proper handling of all parts and materials.
  • Support other departments as needed, including parts delivery and shipping functions.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts experience preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items and perform physical work throughout the day.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
