Job Description

As the Regional Indirect Procurement Associate Director, you will be part of the Americas Leadership Team, reporting geographically to the Americas EVP and functionally to the Global Sr. Director, Indirect Procurement based in Milan. This is a high impact role, where relationship building, executive standing and hands on approach are the key to succeed in high pace, dynamic and results focused company. This role will oversee activities related to the procurement of indirect categories for Amplifon in the assigned region (US, Canada and LATAM).

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to plan and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and supply assurance, aligned with the global strategy.

Engage internal customers to build influence and ensure satisfaction, resolve issues with suppliers, monitor key KPIs, and drive continuous improvements across quality, reporting, cost reduction, and processes.

Partner with crossโ€‘functional stakeholders across Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and Operations to drive integration efforts, maintain supply continuity, manage organizational change, and deliver synergy targets with minimal business impact.

Lead and develop the regional procurement team to deliver reliable, high-quality service.

Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in engineering, procurement, supply chain or business-related field required.
  • A minimum of 8 yearsโ€™ of procurement experience required, ideally in indirect procurement with category management experience.
  • Experience in negotiating and finalizing business terms and conditions for supplier contracts.
  • Demonstrated user experience in an ERP systems environment.
Preferred Experience and Skills
  • Ability to analyze, prioritize and lead numerous procurement initiatives and contract negotiations simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills that allow working relationships with a wide range of vendors and colleagues. Experience in a global or highly matrixed organization.
Compensation

Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $165,000 to $175,000 annually. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation aligned with company performance.
