Procurement Coordinator

McGregor | Cleveland, OH | Business Office

McGregor is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management activities that help drive operational efficiency and quality care across our organization.

Summary

The Procurement Coordinator works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support procurement strategies, contract administration, pricing analysis, and bid coordination. This role is best suited for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and relationship management skills, ideally in healthcare or another regulated setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management activities
  • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and service agreements
  • Manage bid processes and evaluate pricing and vendor performance
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and support compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of procurement, sourcing, or contract management experience
  • Experience with vendor management, bid processes, and contract negotiation
