Job description

Job Summary (List Format) for Procurement Analyst:
- Manage procurement of IT-related goods and services in accordance with state policies and regulations
- Evaluate IT vendors and contracts, including participation in Requests for Quotes (RFQ), Proposals (RFP), and Information (RFI)
- Conduct research, analyze vendor offerings, and make recommendations on supplier selection
- Support business units in procurement evaluations and negotiations for IT products and services
- Oversee agency-wide financial and procurement functions for IT, including software, SaaS, hardware, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, and managed/advisory services
- Manage software licensing and IT asset management processes
- Present data and procurement reports using Google Workstation and Excel
- Process and review invoices related to IT procurements
- Apply advanced knowledge of IT products, procurement rules, and financial principles to assigned projects
- Work independently with general supervision and provide guidance to others as needed
