About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain Analytics team within our Gore Medical. In this role, you will support Enablement and various supply chain teams to deliver actionable insights that enable us to make data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes.
This position will be located in either our Phoenix or Flagstaff, Arizona facilities with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
  • Developing clear data analyses, visualizations, and stories that identify trends and issues, drive action and produce business outcomes
  • Partnering cross functionally with stakeholders and internal customers to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions across the spectrum of data storage, retrieval, cleansing, analysis, visualization and storytelling
  • Defining, developing, and maintaining the measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of manufacturing and supply chain performance.
  • Conducting statistical analyses and building predictive and prescriptive models to support data-driven decision making
  • Leveraging supply chain knowledge to identify and prioritize areas of greatest opportunity for improvement and applications for data analysis
  • Advancing best practices for use of business intelligence and other data analytics tools
  • Providing guidance and training to stakeholders

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Business or major in related quantitative discipline with transferable knowledge and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant data analytics experience
  • Knowledge of data analytics and ability to apply this knowledge to manufacturing and supply chain
  • Functional knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain
  • Experience building data pipelines or integrations to provide data to applications, including systematization with ETL tools or applications
  • Proficiency with analytics software (Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL) and O365 Applications (Excel, SharePoint, Power Platform, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated history as an effective team member
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • Master's degree in related quantitative discipline
