We're now looking for aSuperintendentto lead site operations across Texas and help drive our next phase of growth.

What Youll Do

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for retail, restaurant, and other commercial projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Lead job site safety, subcontractor meetings, and project documentation
  • Maintain 3-week lookahead schedules using Microsoft Project
  • Resolve field-level issues and collaborate with PMs and leadership
  • Use Procore to manage daily logs, punch lists, and progress tracking

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience leading commercial construction projects (e.g., retail, QSR, C-stores, restaurants)
  • Procore, Microsoft Project, and blueprint reading proficiency
  • OSHA 30 certification (required)
  • High school diploma required; college preferred
  • Willing to travel within Texas
  • Comfortable leading field teams and doing hands-on work if needed
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
