HTC Steel Building Systems LLC, a leader in structural steel fabrication and erection, is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee and support our crew leaders across multiple active general contractor job sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping projects moving - balancing time in the field with planning and forecasting to keep every job on schedule.
The Superintendent serves as the critical link between the field and our admin/operations team. You'll maintain clear visibility into the status of each active project, anticipating crew needs - tools, materials, manpower - and flagging potential challenges or delays before they impact the schedule. Coordinating these needs proactively with the admin team ensures ordering stays ahead of the curve, and project documentation stays accurate and current.

Responsibilities
• Oversee crew leaders and field crews across multiple job sites, providing guidance to ensure high-quality, on-schedule project performance
• Coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors on-site to keep work aligned with project requirements and timelines
• Maintain clear knowledge of each project's current stage and forecast field crew needs - tools, materials, and manpower - coordinating with the admin/ops team to keep ordering ahead of schedule
• Identify and communicate foreseeable challenges or obstacles before they impact the project timeline
• Keep key stakeholders informed of field progress through regular updates and accurate documentation
• Schedule daily field operations and sequence crew work to ensure job site deadlines are met
• Utilize Procore daily to document progress, track tasks, and maintain communication across teams
