Position Summary
A top-tier general contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join its Atlanta office. This role manages ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast and offers long-term career growth with an established contractor known for grocery, retail, convenience store, and commercial developments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Prepare estimates, bid packages, budgets, buyouts, and cost reporting.
- Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Maintain schedules, quality, safety, and project documentation.
- Utilize Procore and company technology.
- Travel to project sites while maintaining an office presence.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial General Contractor Project Management experience.
- Ground-up commercial construction experience required.
- Experience with grocery stores, shopping centers, convenience stores, gas stations, or similar commercial projects.
- Estimating and bidding experience.
- Stable employment history with long-term tenure.
- Valid driver's license, background check, and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
