MoveDocs is hiring a Processing Associate to join our growing Processing team. We are seeking a self-starter who can perform data entry at a high-level of understanding and production. The qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Come join our team and grow along with our business!

This position is based in our Las Vegas, Nevada or Denver, CO office.

Responsibilities:

  • Compiles, verifies, and sorts information from medical provider bills to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, corrects incompatibilities, and reviews output.
  • Enters customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits; inputs medical provider bills into our system so accounting can create invoices. Will continually work with complex accounts that require critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Maintains strict HIPPA compliance for all customer information.
  • Performs basic math calculations to determine appropriate rates for some medical provider services.

Requirements

  • High School or GED required; Some college-level experience a plus.
  • Some knowledge of medical CPT coding is a plus.
  • Previous office work preferred, preferably in a high-volume, customer-oriented environment.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to take direction and work autonomously.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent typing skills and comfort with a keyboard required, (10-key familiarity).
  • Basic math knowledge; able to use a calculator.
  • Must have an upbeat personality and friendly demeanor with basic customer service skills and be able to handle stressful situations.
  • ·Show willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Must be able to work in-office at our Denver, CO or Las Vegas, NV office.
