About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a career oriented individual for an assistant plant management at our Bridger, MT dry edible bean processing plant. This is a salaried, exempt position.

What Youll Do
  • This is an agriculture based position responsible for all phases of the grower relationship including seed sales, contracting and receiving beans at harvest.
  • Plant management duties encompass overall plant operations including production, quality control, food safety, employee safety and personnel management.
  • Position is located in Bridger, MT, and must be willing to travel to Terry, MT.
  • Opportunity for career advancement, including potential promotion to Plant Manager for high-performing candidates.
  • Mechanical knowledge and ability required.
